About these terms
These terms govern your use of wonderfultools.net, the website of WONDERFUL TOOLS LLC ("Wonderful Tools", "we" or "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Our apps
These terms cover the website only. They don't cover our apps. Each app is governed by its own terms, published on its own website.
Intellectual property
We own, or hold the rights to, all the content on the website, such as its text, images, design and code, and the Wonderful Tools name, unless it's marked as belonging to our partners or other third parties. All of it is protected by intellectual property laws. The names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.
You may view the website, and print or save copies of its pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep any copyright notices on them.
Otherwise, you may not download, use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, publish or otherwise exploit any of the website's content, whether as a whole or in part, without our prior written permission, unless the law allows you to. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with us about the website or these terms, write to us first at contact@wonderfultools.net, describing the problem and what you'd like us to do. If we have one with you, we'll write to you by email. Either way, we'll both try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days from that email. If it isn't resolved by then, either of us may take it to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, which have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer below. Either of us may still go to court straight away for urgent relief, such as an order to stop an infringement of intellectual property rights.
Your rights as a consumer
Whatever these terms say, including about governing law and disputes, if you use the website as a consumer, you keep the protections that the consumer law of the country where you live gives you and that can't be excluded by agreement. Where that law lets you bring a claim in the courts where you live, you can do so, and where it requires us to bring a claim against you there, we will.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page, with the date it takes effect. A new version doesn't apply to disputes that arose before that date. This version is effective from .
